In good times and in bad, there’s always comfort in feeding one another, but we need your help.
Over the last 25 years we have worked with and met a tremendous amount of amazing people, as the community embraced our restaurants as the living room of the neighborhood. On March 16th, 2020, we made the difficult decision to temporarily close our restaurants to ensure the safety of these very same people who have become family to us. Time has since passed and like many of you, we paid close attention to guidance. To our dismay not much progress in the way of financial relief has been made, and news of local businesses we were all familiar with closing their doors permanently had made their rounds. The PPP loan touted to help small businesses was a short term solution and helps to keep those who applied afloat for about 2 months. With limitations on how we’re able to do business, this leaves our establishment and our employees feeling uncertain of the near future. We have begun doing business at our Manhattan Valley location again out of necessity, and the generosity of our customers has astounded us. With this campaign, 100% of the donations made here will go directly to the business and help pay bills, essentially keeping the lights on and everyone employed. This includes our chefs, servers, bussers, managers, and more. These are the same people who have cooked your dinner, prepared your drinks, waited your tables and made your special occasions unforgettable. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming everyone back into our home again. Until then we hope you stay safe.
